Before I say to much I will say this writing things here helps me and let's friends know what I am thinking about or what is going on in my head (scary I know) and maybe even understand me a little. Anywho thanks for listening I'm going to attempt sleep know been difficult was only able to last night cause mom had a half an ambian so took that plus over the counter cause damit all I needed sleep so tonight just got the over the counter hope sleep happens tonight
